Document Requirements
Before starting your registration, ensure you have the following documents ready:
National Registration Card (NRC) - Clear color copies of both front and back
Passport Photo - Recent photo (less than 6 months old)
Active Mobile Phone - Must be registered in your name with the network operator
Valid Email Address - Must be unique (not previously used for NAPSA registration)

The registration process takes 30-45 minutes to complete. After submission, NAPSA reviews applications within 2-3 business days.
No, each email address can only be used once. If you've previously registered with NAPSA, you cannot use the same email address for a new account.
You must use a phone number registered in your name with the mobile network operator. Contact your network provider to register the number properly before proceeding.
