- TPIN Certificate - Tax registration certificate
- Proprietor's NRC - Both front and back copies

Enter your company's basic information:
- Company Name: Exactly as registered with PACRA
- TPIN Number: Your tax identification number
- Business Type: Select from the dropdown menu
- Number of Employees: Current staff count
- Industry Sector: Choose your business sector
2Address Information
Provide both physical and postal addresses:
- Physical Address: Plot number, street name, province, town
- Postal Address: P.O. Box, town, postal code
- GPS Coordinates: Optional but recommended
3Contact Information
Designate the primary contact person:
- Contact Person: Must be the same as logged-in user
- Phone Number: Active business line for verification
- Email Address: Business email for communications
- Position/Title: Role within the company
4Proprietor Information
Company owner or authorized representative details:
- Full Name: Owner's complete name
- Title: Mr./Mrs./Ms./Dr.
- Gender and Nationality: Personal details
- NRC Number: National registration card number
- Position in Company: Director, CEO, etc.
5Supporting Documents
Upload the following documents (PDF/PNG/JPG, max 5MB each):
- Certificate of Incorporation - Clear, complete copy
- TPIN Certificate - Current tax registration
- Proprietor's NRC - Both sides, clear and readable
- Business License - If required for your business type
6Super User Details
Create the primary administrator account:
- Username: Unique identifier for the account
- Password: Strong password (min 10 characters)
- Confirm Password: Re-enter for verification
- Security Questions: For account recovery
7Review and Submit
Final review before submission:
- Review All Information: Check for accuracy
- Accept Terms: Read and accept terms and conditions
- Data Privacy Consent: Agree to data processing
- Submit Application: Send for NAPSA review
Important Submission Notes
- All information must be accurate and match official documents
- Documents must be clear, complete, and current
- The super user becomes the primary account administrator
- False information may result in application rejection
Post-Approval Actions
Once your application is approved:
- Employer Number: Unique NAPSA employer number assigned
- Account Access: Login credentials activate
- Returns Submission: Begin uploading employee returns
- Payment Processing: Make contribution payments
- Compliance Certificates: Generate certificates as needed
