Mobile Money

Pay using MTN Mobile Money, Airtel Money, or Zamtel Kwacha

Access Payment Section

Log into your NAPSA iCare account and navigate to the "Payments" section.

Select Mobile Money

Choose "Mobile Money" as your payment method and select your mobile network provider.

Enter Payment Details

Input your mobile money number and the amount you wish to pay.

Confirm Payment

Review the payment details and confirm. You'll receive a USSD prompt on your phone.

Complete Transaction

Follow the USSD prompts on your phone to authorize and complete the payment.

Bank Transfer

Direct transfer from your bank account to NAPSA

Link Your Bank Account

In your NAPSA iCare profile, add your bank account details in the "Payment Methods" section.

Verify Account Details

NAPSA will perform a small verification transaction to confirm your account ownership.

Select Bank Transfer

When making a payment, choose "Bank Transfer" and select your linked account.

Authorize Payment

You'll be redirected to your bank's secure portal to authorize the payment.

Payment Processing

The payment will be processed within 1-2 business days depending on your bank.

NPIN System (Recommended)

The National Payment and Identification Number (NPIN) system is NAPSA's preferred payment method, offering the lowest fees and fastest processing times.

NPIN Registration

Visit your nearest NAPSA office or authorized agent to register for an NPIN number. Bring your NRC and employment details.

Receive NPIN Credentials

You'll receive your unique NPIN number and initial PIN. Keep these secure and confidential.

Link NPIN to iCare

In your NAPSA iCare account, go to "Payment Methods" and link your NPIN number.

Set Up Payment Sources

Link your bank account or mobile money account to your NPIN for payment processing.

Start Using NPIN

Select NPIN as your payment method when making contributions. Enter your NPIN and PIN to authorize payments.

  • Never share your NPIN number or PIN with anyone
  • Change your PIN regularly (every 3-6 months)
  • Report lost or compromised NPIN immediately
  • Use strong, unique PINs (avoid birthdays, phone numbers)
